Court of Appeal ruled to postpone considering a petition filed against illegal clearing of Wilpattu until 30th March, to allow respondents including Attorney General to file objections.

The Court of Appeal gave time to file objections to the petition, considering a request made by Attorney General.

Centre for Environmental Justice filed the writ petition in 16th July 2015, against the illegal clearing of Wilpattu and illegal resettlement on the adjacent area.
