Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is to hold a meeting today, with the President of Microsoft International Jean-Phillipe Courtois at Davos, Switzerland.

Prime Minister attended to World Economic Forum which started at Davos yesterday. Over 2000 economic experts and world leaders had attended to this event.

Wickremesinghe has already initiated discussions with heads of the world’s major companies.

Negotiating with the Prime Minister, several companies have agreed to invest in large-scale in Sri Lanka.

This is the first time Sri Lanka has been invited to participate in World Economic Forum.
