Commercial High Court Colombo issues an order against CML MTD Construction Limited which belongs to Walkers Group preventing them from alienating/disposing of assets worth nearly Rs. 560.0 Million. This was issued at the request of the People’s Bank pursuant to the debt recovery actions initiated by them against the defaulted borrowing company CML MTD Construction Limited.

The said order will help the People’s Bank to secure the judgment worth approximately of Rs. 1.0 Billion.
