Anuradahpura Chief Magistrate Harsha Kekunawela refused a request by lawyers to release Wasantha Zoysa murder suspects on bail, and ordered them remanded till 8th February.

32 people are under remand custody, including a former STF soldier Iron Ranasinghe.

Suspects were remanded for the murder of Wasantha Soyza, a Guinness World Record holding karate champion, who was also the owner of Panorama Club, Anuradhapura on 24th October 2015.
