Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe returned from Switzerland this morning, after attending the World Economic Forum.

Wickremesinghe left the country for Switzerland on January 19. His delegation included Minister of Finance Ravi Karunanayake, Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama and Governor of the Central Bank Arjun Mahendran among others.

Wickremesinghe met with several heads of state and other dignitaries while in Switzerland.

He was the first Sri Lankan Prime Minister to attend the World Economic Forum.
