The Tamil National Alliance has decided to hold a special meeting on January 21 in Kilinochchi amidst differences between the TNA leadership and the Tamil People's Council led by Northern Province Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran.
TNA Parliamentarians and Provincial Councilors are expected to attend this meeting.
The TNA representatives are expected to discuss the new constitution, electoral reform and the national question, sources said. However, the main focus is expected to be on the TPC.
