The bodies of two children who drowned while bathing in water-filled quarry in Kawanthissapura, Tissamaharama, have been found. According to the Police Media Unit, the two girls, aged 9 and 14, were reported missing after the incident last evening.
Their bodies were found by divers during a police search operation this morning.
