The Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited (AASL) confirmed that the inaugural flights will commence operations today, April 12.
Operating thrice a week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, this new route adds to Indigo's existing services to Chennai (twice daily), Bengaluru (once daily), and Hyderabad (six days per week) from Colombo.

With this expansion, Indigo now operates a total of 30 weekly flights to Colombo from four major cities in India, promising greater connectivity and convenience for travelers.
