In a tragic incident early this morning (March 09) in Rambewa, Anuradhapura, three men lost their lives and two women sustained injuries in a hit-and-run accident, as confirmed by the police.

The victims, pedestrians struck by a speeding vehicle returning from a musical show, were left at the scene as the driver fled. Currently, the injured women are receiving medical treatment at the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital.
