Anuruddha Bandara, the victim of the Facebook group titled “Go Home Gota” has been reportedly abducted. A group of people claiming to be from the “Modara Police” have taken him into custody at his residence around 12 midnight. However, when contacted this morning, the OIC at the Modera police station has said he knows nothing about such an arrest. Conflicting answers have came from the police about the whereabouts of the youth. The Facebook page of which Bandara is the Admin has invited people to join citizen-led protests across the country tomorrow.
