The UNHRC resolution on Sri Lanka was adopted a short while ago with 22 countries voting in favour.

Only 11 countries, including Pakistan and Bangladesh, voted against it.

Meanwhile, 14 countries including India and Japan abstained from voting despite heavy lobbying by the Sri Lankan Government.
