Victoria's hotel quarantine system is resuming today, as the state welcomes its first international flights in more than five months.
A SriLankan Airliines flight was the first to land in Melbourne under the new scheme.
Melbourne has not accepted international flights since the end of June, when coronavirus spread from quarantine hotels to people working in them, which went on to spark the state's deadly second wave.
Adelaide Airport will tomorrow also welcome its first international flight to a revamped hotel quarantine system since the Parafield cluster.
