The body of the second person to pass away from COVID19 complications in SriLanka was cremated at the Negombo general cemetery last night.

The proceedings took place in strict accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines.

The premises were also sanitised after.

The deceased was a resident of Kochchikade who was admitted to the Negombo Hospital yesterday.
