Bank of Ceylon has been been praised for its foresight in equipping ATMs with hand sanitiser to prevent the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19.

Many people had requested that banks, trolley at supermarkets and the like are disinfected to ensure the virus does not spread.

While it is not yet clear what measures supermarkets and other banks have taken, Bank Of Ceylon is being praised for its quick thinking

Many commenting on Facebook said measures of this nature are necessary from corporates to do their part in keeping the country safe.
