UNP Working Committee Approves Constitution Of New Alliance With Minor Amendments: Decision On Symbol On Sunday

The UNP Working Committee has approved the constitution of the UNP-led alliance.

However, mInor amendments were made to the constitution by the party Working Committee.

MP Lakshman Kiriela said party seniors would meet on Sunday to decide on the symbol of the alliance which still remains a mystery.

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa will officially launch the alliance on March 02.
