Colombo Archbishop Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith said he could not be satisfied with the investigations into the Easter Sunday attacks.

When the current government came to power, President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa promised a fresh investigation into the matter questioning the bona fides of the previous investigation.

Addressing a press conference in Colombo, Cardinal Ranjith said the investigations into the terror attacks have been confined to appointing commissions.'

However, he said the security forces had made little progress on finding out who was behind the attacks.
