The Elections Commission has accepted the National Peace Alliance, led by Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa.

Ranjith Madduma Bandara has been accepted the General Secretary of the party.

The Elections Commission has informed the same to the party authorities, political sources said.

Premadasa group is expected to contest the upcoming Parliamentary election under the same alliance.
