Sudharman Radaliyagoda has been reinstated as the Deputy Director General at the Independent Television Network (ITN) by the Labour Tribunal.

Radaliyagoda was appointed to the position by the current government, but the appointment came under severe criticism due to Radaliyagoda's track record under the pre-2015 government.

The current government was forced to withdraw its decision in the face of a severe public backlash.

However, following the ruling by the Labour Trbunal Radaliyagoda has been reinstated with effect from February 03.
