Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesingha will leave for China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Thursday to attend 'The World in 2017 Gala Dinner', his office said in a statement on Wednesday.

A statement said Wickremesinghe will be one of the speakers at the event.

The World in 2017 Gala Dinner brings together an intellectual audience of business leaders, senior representatives from governments, leading academics and thinkers.
