Several students have made allegations of misappropriation of money amounting to rupees several hundreds thousand at IDM Computer Studies.

They stated that former Manager and NCC Coordinator defrauded course fees and exam fees paid by a number of students.

They alleged that administrative figures had not sent the student answer papers to NCC institute and had charged students stating that they had failed the exams.

However, the Manager and Coordinator had been later suspended from IDM institute along with 8 other personnel for fraud. They two individuals have started another similar institute named IDM Nations Campus at Bambalapitiya, the students said.

The individuals who replaced them at IDM have little understanding of the issue, and are not taking remedial measures to answer the grievances of the victims, one student said.
