Gampaha police has filed a case at Negombo Magistrate’s Court against UNP MP Chathura Senaratne for threatening a police officer attached to Gampaha Police.

The case has been filed under two charges before the Negombo Chief Magistrate Ruchira Weliwatte.

Senaratne was released on bail for threatening with criminal intimidation to SI Bandara on 14th September 2015, who was then attached to Ragama police.
