The organization 'Centre Against Private Medical Colleges', handed over a petition to Presidential Secretariat, demanding to close down the private medical school attached to South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine (SAITM).

A group of organization members including the co-convener of the organization Dr. Jayantha Bandara arrived at the Presidential Secretariat today and handed over the petition to Additional Secretary to the President S. T. Kodikara.
