Former MP Duminda Silva, through his lawyers, informed Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya, that he wants to plead guilty in three corruption cases filed against him and conclude the cases.

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption filed the three cases in December 2015 against the former MP for not declaring assets and liabilities in the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.

The Chief Magistrate fixed the cases for the next hearing on April 18.
