Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s son, former Navy Lieutenant Yoshitha Rajapaksa was further remanded until 24th March by Kaduwela Magistrate Dhammika Hemapala today.

He was arrested in 30th January for allegedly defrauding money of Carlton Sports Network.

Nishantha Ranatunga, Rohan Weliwita, Ashan Ravinath Fernando, and Kavishan Dissanayake who were arrested under the same allegation were re-remanded till 24th March.

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa and MP Namal Rajapaksa arrived at Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court for the hearing.
