The proposed Economic and Technology Cooperation Agreement with India should be discussed and changed according to the country's needs before signing it, JVP politburo member K.D. Lalkantha said.

He made this observation yesterday addressing a public meeting against ETCA at Thalawakele.

Lalkantha stated that foreign investors and multinational companies are preparing for a ploy to provide low-wage labour from India through ETCA.
