The Embilipitiya Magistrate's Court today informed that its decision on whether to exhume the body of Sumith Prasanna Jayawardena will be announced tomorrow.

This direction was given considering requests made by the victim's party to conduct another post-mortem regarding the death.

Former Embilipitiya ASP DWC Dharmaratne was remanded till tomorrow over the death of Jayawardena. He died several days after a clash with the police on the night of January 4.
