Higher Education and Highways Minister Lakshman Kiriella may find himself in the middle of further trouble as another recommendation letter sent by him appeared on social media.

Allegedly sent by the Minister to the Rajarata University, this letter requests the university to consider the recruitment of a woman as a minor worker.

If she has fulfilled the qualification, the university may disregard her age, the Minister adds.
