UPFA MP Dilum Amunugama stated that he has not been informed about his removal as the chief organizer of Senkadagala electorate.

“Party has power to appoint eligible people for posts. But it should be done in a proper manner. We were not informed about our removal. We only got to know from the media”, said Amunugama today in a press conference.

“We do not know why we were removed. Maybe because we stood with the former President. We did it for the SLFP”, he stressed.

He further said that SLFP should not proceed as a nursery.
