A letter, apparently sent to the Kelaniya University by Higher Education and Highways Minister Lakshman Kiriella, recommending an individual for a temporary lecturer post, has surfaced online.

This letter, dated February 8, 2016, recommends K.P.D.D. Amarasinghe of Harispattuwa, for a Temporary Lecturer position at the University.

The letter is addressed to Prof. Upali Hettiarachchi, Faculty of Social Sciences.
