Parts of Colombo and its suburbs are experiencing another power breakdown, merely a day after a country-wide breakdown cut off power for up to four hours.

The reason for today's breakdown is yet to be determined. It was also unclear if this breakdown is connected to the island-wide breakdown yesterday.
