Nava Sama Samaja Party leader Dr. Wickramabahu Karunaratne uestioned JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake's anti-India stance and asked as to why Dissanayake was particularly opposed to Indians.
Speaking at a press conference yesterday, Karunaratne said that many leaders and businessmen were arriving in the country from other countries such as the US and Germany.
However, Dissanayake is opposed to the arrival of Indians only and is not speaking a word against the capitalists from other countries, Karunaratne said.
The JVP is firmly against the government's plan to sign the proposed Economic and Technology Cooperation Agreement with India.
