The Colombo High Court today ordered prison officials to produce Sicille Kotelawela, wife of businessman Lalit Kotelawela, before the court on February 23 regarding the Golden Key case.

The order was given after considering a request made by the defence lawyers.

The defence lawyers also informed court that they will file a bail application at the High Court on behalf of their client on that date.

The case involves the misappropriation of over Rs 7 billion deposited in the Golden Key Credit Company.
