Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe appointed a committee to present issues of young monks to the government, today.

The committee has been chaired by the Chairman of the National Youth Services Council, Eranda Weliange.

The committee is to discuss problems of young monks and monks who study in universities, and present them to the government.
