ASP D. W. C. Dharmarathne was arrested in suspicion of alleged murder of Sumith Prasanna Jayawardene in Embilipitiya, at Narahenpita Police Garage today.

Dharmarathne’s statement is currently being recorded by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), sources reported.
