Yoshitha Rajapaksa, the second son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, was arrested by the police Financial Crimes Investigations Division a short while ago regarding alleged fraud at Carlton Sports Network.

He will be produced before the Kaduwela Magistrate and will be charged under the Money Laundering Act.

Meanwhile, former CSN CEO Nishantha Ranatunga was also arrested.

Rajapaksa and Ranatunga were questioned over the alleged fraud at CSN from this morning.

Meanwhile, former Chairman of CSN Rohan Welivita was also arrested this morning.
