Three individuals were arrested by police over the protests near Homagama Magistrate's Court on January 26.

They include a three wheeler driver and tow other individuals.

A tense situation erupted on January 26 at the Magistrate's Court when Bodu Bala Sena General Secretary Galagodaatte Gnanasara Thera was remanded till February 9 on three charges.

The Homagama Magistrate on yesterday ordered the police to arrest those who behaved violently at the protest and produce them before the court on February 9 when the case will be taken up for hearing once again.
