Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris today terminated the proceedings of the Avant-Garde case and removed the travel ban imposed on Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi.

The Additional Magistrate gave permission to terminate the case considering a request made by the CID.

The CID informed court that it does not wish to proceed with the case further.
