President Barack Obama spoke at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, making a strong case for Hillary Clinton as President and hitting out at Republican candidate Donald Trump.

When the crowds booed at his mentioning of Trump's name, Obama said, "Don't boo. Vote."

A car explosion in Kyiv, capital of Ukraine, killed a well-known Belorussian journalist Pavel Sheremet this morning.
