Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake said that the JVP will complain to the Bribery Commission today on individuals who misused and misappropriated public property in a large scale.
Speaking at a media briefing yesterday, he added that the party will urge authorities to take immediate action against such people.
Meanwhile, Dissanayake added that the party is complaining with no intention of paving way for political revenge. He added that if something has happened in an unconstitutional manner, reversing it to the correct state is not a political revenge.
Furthermore, the JVP leader added that the party will not join the government officially as 100 days were not enough to implement long lasting policies. However he added that the party will represent the National Executive Committee which will play a key role in implementing constitutional changes and institution good governance.
