Welikada Police have arrested two students for allegedly ordering goods online and refusing to pay the vendor. The suspects, aged 20 and 24, are students residing in Wariyapola and Sunandapura.

During the arrest, authorities confiscated four mobile phones, two laptops, one router, gold jewellery, and two watches, all ordered through the online vendor. The arrest followed an investigation prompted by a complaint from the vendor.
