Chairman R.M.A.L. Rathnayake of The Election Commission has called an important meeting with the heads of all media organizations today in preparation for the upcoming presidential election. The meeting aims to address various aspects of the electoral process.

In addition to the morning session with media executives, the Commission will also hold discussions with key government officials this afternoon. Among the participants will be the Secretary of the Ministry of Mass Media, the Director General of Government Information, and the head of state media.
