The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has announced a series of raids aimed at ensuring traders pass on the benefits of recent reductions in electricity, LP gas, and fuel prices to consumers.

CAA Chairman Thusitha Indrajith confirmed that inspections will target hotels, restaurants, and other trade outlets.
He said that traders who fail to display the prices of goods and services will also face penalties.
