President Ranil Wickremesinghe will deliver a special statement to Parliament tomorrow regarding the implementation of debt restructuring agreements, according to the Parliamentary Communications Department. The debate and vote on these agreements have been postponed.

Speaker of Parliament Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena has notified all Members of Parliament to attend a special sitting on July 2, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. This session, called under Standing Order No. 16, follows a request by the Prime Minister.
