A  train delay has occurred on the main railway line due to a technical fault. The incident took place near the Gampaha railway station, affecting a train traveling from Mirigama to Colombo Fort.

Railway Traffic Superintendent M.J. Indipolage confirmed that repair teams have been dispatched to address the issue.
