In a recent police operation codenamed ‘Yukthiya’, the Police Special Task Force (STF) arrested a woman in possession of heroin.
The suspect, known locally as "Wellampitiya Kudu Rejina," was found with 7 grams and 280 milligrams of heroin. The arrest occurred in the Wellampitiya area, within the Grandpass police division. The suspect has been handed over to the Grandpass Police for further investigation.
