President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Basil Rajapaksa, the Founder of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), convened for their sixth meeting on Thursday evening.
The discussions primarily focused on future political strategies and affairs.

Details of the meeting are set to be disclosed to the media on Friday.

Additionally, the SLPP announced the inauguration of its Presidential Election Operation Center in Battaramulla on the same day, with plans to establish similar offices in every constituency.
The party affirmed its commitment to conducting an extensive campaign for the forthcoming Presidential Election.
