Sri Lankan fast bowler Dilshan Madushanka has been sidelined for the remainder of the Bangladesh tour after sustaining a left hamstring injury during the 2nd One Day International (ODI) on Friday (15).

Madushanka departed the field while bowling, prompting immediate concerns about his condition. Sri Lanka Cricket confirmed that an MRI scan revealed the extent of the injury, leading to his withdrawal from the tour.

Madushanka will now focus on rehabilitation to regain full fitness.
