The Supreme Court of Sri Lanka has disenrolled Nagananda Kodituwakku from his position as an Attorney-at-Law following a finding of guilt for professional misconduct.

The verdict, delivered by a three-judge bench comprising justices Priyantha Jayawardena, Preethi Padman Surasena, and S. Thurairaja, marks a consequential moment in Kodituwakku's legal career.

The decision to remove Kodituwakku from the esteemed position came after thorough consideration of a complaint lodged against him, detailing alleged breaches of professional conduct.
