The final rites of the late State Minister Sanath Nishantha are set to take place on Sunday, January 28, in the Arachchikattuwa area.

The former State Minister passed away in the early hours of Thursday in a fatal accident along the Karunaike Expressway.

Yesterday, his remains were brought to the Jayaratne Funeral Parlor in Colombo, where many politicians from various parties paid their last respects to the controversial political figure.
