KIU, a private university registered in Sri Lanka, is now under severe criticism over a video that is going viral on social media platforms.

In the video, a senior official at the private university located in Battaramulla is seen berating a student over a legitimate concern raised by her.

The official states in the video that it was not their fault that the students got infected at the university with COVID19 and they cannot change their schedules over such matters.

The official is seen blaming the student in foul language for raising such issues.
